I’m a Terrible Brother

I read something the other day that made me realize that I am not a good brother. It’s not the fact that I pounded his head into the ground at an age that I should have known better, It’s the fact that it took me this long to get him on a motorcycle.

I did not end up riding a motorcycle until I was 32, and I fell in love with it immediately and I’m just sorry I did not get started earlier. Now my brother is emailing me craigslist ads for used bikes as he tries to find his first bike, and I realized I failed him for not helping him with his motorcycling sooner.

I just wish we all had more money, in this case money would solve a lot of our problems.

Here’s to hoping we have a productive summer!

About MotoCynic

I started riding motorcycles in 2006, and there is no going back. I've ridden more than 100,000 miles, most of it on a Ducati Monster, and despite setbacks and murderous BMW's I'm loving every mile.

There is never a terrible brother, things just happen at the right time at the right place. It would happen when it has/needs to happen (Riding a motorcycle)! 🙂
    Happy Riding with your brother!

Your future rides together will redeem your perceived past neglect…

    Savor those rides.
